Handling Admin Project Document Controller

Job Description :

• Update and reclassify asset under construction (AUC) to fixed asset (FA) in system and collaborate with finance team
• Update and prepare monthly report and weekly report Accessing and Operating SAP for all updates, entries and vendors payment for project documentations
• Collaborate to project team in collecting TOR, BOQ and Drawing
• Collaborate to HO Procurement for PR and any project support document

Job Requirement :

• Min D3 or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Having min 1-2 years of working experience in Project Document Controller
• Preferable candidate domicile in Medan
• Willing to be located in Medan (PT SOCI MAS)
