- Handles guest complaints and other related problems and reports
- Check cleanliness of lobby and public areas
- Maintains all front office policy
- Motivates and maintains good staff relations
- Assigns duty roster for all front desk agents
Work Experience
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal is required.
- Strong guest relations and problem solving abilities.
