Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in e-commerce category operation, mainly operation activity and key account merchant management
- Negotiate with merchants over SKU price and project collaboration, amplify merchants' participation in sales promos to achieve mutual growth, while sharing advice on promo optimization
- Execute and optimize marketing activities on Akulaku e-commerce platform through ads and other new projects
- Maintain communication with both internal & external partners
- Acquire brands and merchants then participate in incubation of merchants
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in category operation or managing e-commerce projects (like campaign/promotion)
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal), Mandarin would be an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills
- Can use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good project management and problem-solving
- Responsible person with capability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Quick to learn market trends
