As part of our mission, you'll be working closely with the Account Manager, focusing on implementing strategies for each villa, providing top-notch support to villa owners and partners, and ensuring the overall quality and visibility of our listings.
Your mission
1. Assistant to the Account Manager
- Discuss and implement strategies for each villa
- Prepare reporting for villa owners and the account manager
- Assist owners and partners with simple queries
- Quality control for villas and follow up with the villa managers
- Supervise photoshoots
- Arrange partner inspections
- Organize influencer stays
- Do anything and everything the account manager needs to make the villas more successful
2. Distribution and Admin
- Create new listings on our websites and all OTA platforms
- Maintain and update villa listings, descriptions, rates and discounts on our websites and OTA's
- Update and improve villa information to offer the best experience for our visitors
- Ensure the villa’s listing functionality, troubleshoot issues and liaise with the account manager of each listing
- Improve OTA’s visibility and rankings and ensure the exposure of our OTA listings
- Update and maintain the Distribution Portal content
- Liaise with freelance writers to organize villa descriptions
About you
- Fluent in English and bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Problem solving mindset
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies.
- At ease with numbers.
- Good with time management.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
