Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable, and profitable customer relationships with Key Accounts.• Develop long term and short term business plans in collaboration with Customer and Channel team.• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.• Knowledge of digital marketing & online advertising.• Drive and execute account plan & strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.• Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow categories and execute online marketing campaigns.• Drive In-Store Excellence & Online Perfect Store executions.• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams for exceptional customer service.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.• Negotiate and finalize trading terms & promotion agreements.• Periodical account performance analysis & review.• Manage Account Profitability, Investment Budget and Account Receivables (AR) settlement.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or related field.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.• Willingness to travel.
