E-commerce Operations - ORAIMO

Requirements:

1. Having 1 year experience in maintaining official stores in marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, Bli-bli, Akulaku, Bukalapak).
2. A quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
3. Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
4. Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
5. Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel) and excellent math and logical ability.
6. Able to work independently and within a team.
7. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Mandarin will be a plus.
8. Placement: West Jakarta.

Job Descriptions:

1. Optimizing campaign activation and marketing tools in marketplace, such as: Flash Sale, Membership, Voucher, Broadcast, etc.
2. Handling to upload products catalog to every marketplace and stock update.
3. Maximize the Paid Ads performance in the marketplace/e-commerce.
4. Monitoring daily selling activities and performance in the marketplace stores/e-commerce.
5. Able to support the team for marketing design and promotional program.
