E-Commerce Promotion Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set daily in-store promotions across various marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Tokopedia) in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

2. Design and implement promotions for significant sales events (e.g., double date/payday) on different marketplaces following SOP.

3. Nominate campaigns on various marketplaces according to SOP.

4. Analyze data and results from each activity, identifying areas for improvement.

5. Cultivate positive relationships with store Points of Contact (PIC) or shop managers, staying informed about the latest promotions.

6. Broadcast announcements to customers regarding new promotions.

7. Conduct shop health checks to identify violations, report issues to management, and facilitate resolutions.

Position Requirements:

- Proven experience in setting in-store promotions (e.g., flash sales, combo savings) on multiple marketplaces like Shopee (Shopee Mall), Lazada, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing major sale promotions (e.g., double days) on various marketplaces such as Shopee (Shopee Mall), Lazada, Tokopedia, and Tiktok Shop.

- Experience in nominating promotions across multiple marketplaces, following SOP.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Internet Explorer, and other relevant tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform well under pressure.

- English proficiency, both spoken and written, is a mandatory skill.

- Quick learner with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Experience with shopsales and junior admin management
