Position : E-Commerce Supervisior
Area  : Country-Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Overall in-charge of online marketing strategy and monitors performance in key metrics
2. Make promo plans on marketplace
3. Online stock monitoring
4. Feedback best seller report
5. Coordination with PIC marketplace.
6. Uploading products and update stock levels for each brand in every e-commerce channel
7. Answering and resolve custqmer questions and complaints in each e-commerce channel
8. Follow up customer purchases to the warehouse
9. Make changes to the planograrm for each e-commerce channel
10. Recap online sales daily. weekly. and monthly
11. Preparing and monitoring product movement to an external warehouse
12. Communicate with the logistics to. monitor delivery to the customer

REQUIREMENT

1. Max 35 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing, management, business , economic or similar
3. 3  years experience in E-commerce 
4. Excellent interpersonal,  communication,  presentation and negotiation skills
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Experience handling all channel E-commerce
7. Able to communicate in English is a plus
