AlamatWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Administration Intern in 3-months duration. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of ecommerce and online retail. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing team and gain practical knowledge of various administrative tasks associated with managing an online store, including operating and handling marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Actively joining all on going and upcoming campaign
- Build product list with pricing for campaign requirement
- Set empty stock to normal pcs
- Routinely create product flash sale with deadlines
- Extend promo shop date when expired
- Send weekly broadcast
- Make sure all reviews are viewed and replied
- Assort and create new products with picture descriptions in place
- Initiate good reviews orders for newly launched products
- Renew shop decor based on campaign or create weekly changes
- Be the spokesperson to affiliates and creators in the shop
- Be the PIC of product changes, including namings, photos, videos, descriptions, pricings, promos and couriers.
- Analyze competitors on going tactics based on market data
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or familiarity with operating and handling online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, etc) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices for product listing optimization, inventory management, and order processing.
- Ability to navigate marketplace interfaces, manage seller accounts, and troubleshoot common issues.
- Knowledge of marketplace analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of our ecommerce operations.
