REQUIREMENTS:
- Formulate online sales strategies and monitor advertising in E-commerce (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada and also Meta Facebook).
- Analyze online sales data, stock and performance traffic in the marketplace.
- Handle & manage product pricing in the marketplace and website.
- Manage all the features in the E-commerce marketplace, such as official store vouchers, flash sales, feeds, broadcast features.
- Collaborate with the PIC of each marketplace regarding promotions and others to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product & market analysis; propose and implement opportunities for new products.
QUALIFICATION:
- Min. 2 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
- Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders and Client Servers.
- Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
