Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Experience with E-Commerce Store Management, affiliate, live-streaming operations
• Can operate all E-commerce accounts
• Manage the Online Store of Brand in Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, and similar platforms
• Execute Campaign Marketplace and Optimizing ROI
• Manage the Marketplace Advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Similar platforms
• Execute and Report to E-Commerce Team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms
• Ensure all order are well-process through coordination with Warehouse team
• Update the Online Store Product list, Price, Picture, Campaign, Promo.
• Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)

Requirements:

• Candidate must prosses at least Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing
• Must be able to speak English actively
• Have min 5 years of experiences in the E-commerce industry
• Highly creative with experience in identiflying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Have experience in manage marketplace platform strategy, and maintain marketplace campaigns.
• Able to solve problem with good analytical thinking
• Able to build good teamwork and communication chanel
