EHS Specialist

This position is responsible to ensure and monitoring the site are safe for all workers, comply the environment policy and ensure all related licensed and certificate up to date.

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for considering all aspects and impacts of employee activities
• Supervise compliance with the implementation of K3 (Occupational Safety & Health), prevention of environmental pollution and implementation of 5S / 5R in the work area which is his/her responsibility.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and standards related to EHS.
• Evaluating compliance with laws and regulations and other requirements related to EHS (including requirements from customers).
• Provide training related to EHS.
• Monitoring of the work environment on the application of the EHS management system according to the requirements of ISO 14001, SMK3, PROPER and ISO 45001, including EHS inspection activities (required reporting and follow-up).
• Investigate incidents (accident, property damage and near miss) and determine necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Environmental management and monitoring based on Pest Control
• Monitoring 5S conditions in the work environment and determining the necessary corrective actions in collaboration with related departments.
• Authorized to stop the process or activity if it finds a non-conformity with the implementation of EHS, especially if it has the potential to cause work accidents, occupational diseases and environmental pollution
• Monitoring of the wastewater treatment system (WWTP) and handling of B3 waste at the TPS of B3 Waste
• Environmental management and monitoring based on UKL / UPL documents.
• Engage with relevant government/vendor of EHS permit.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor Degree or above in Chemist or Environment
• General K3 Certified, Chemical K3 Certified, Internal and External Auditor/Auditee Certified and other ESH related certificate will be an advantage
• 5 years or more relevant EHS management experience in IVD, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of EHS daily monitoring
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
