Electrical & Automation Supervisor

PRINCIPAL PURPOSES OF THE POSITION

• Based on schedule to maintain, calibrate machinery including controls, components, laboratory equipment and instrumentation on Bottling Line, Canning Line, Kegging Line, Brew-house, Fermentation, Filtration, Yeast Propagation Plant, Beer Recovery, Utility, Water Treatment, and Waste Water Treatment of PT Delta Djakarta.
• Based on the schedule to maintain the transformer, electrical power distribution system, Main distribution panels, Motor Control Centre Panel, Grounding, and motor include the protection system.
• Suggest maintenance activities improvement in PT Delta Djakarta.
• To implement and evaluate the EHS program in his area responsibility.

BRIEF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To do & supervise the overall calibration and maintenance of electrical system, equipment and machineries, including electronic controls and instrumentation based on schedule of preventive maintenance program at Bottling Line, Canning Line, Kegging Line, Brew-house, Fermentation, Filtration, Yeast Propagation Plant, Beer Recovery, Utility, Water Treatment, and Waste Water Treatment
• To do and supervise maintenance activities for the transformer, electrical power distribution system, Main distribution panels, Motor Control Centre Panel, Grounding, and motor include the protection system.
• To do set up, continuous update of SAP Electrical/ Instrumentation Plant Maintenance for the whole brewery.
• To do and supervise Electrical & Automation project or improvement for all electrical – control system of the brewery.
• To collect data, report daily, weekly, monthly condition of each machinery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Having 2-3 years experiences in maintenance of beverage plant.
• Good command in English, both written & spoken.
• Good communication skill.
• Computer literate.
• Good Leadership & Supervisory skill.
• Must have knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 22000.
•  EHS Awareness.
