Electrical Engineer Supervisor

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1/ D4) in Electrical Engineering with GPA min. 3.0
2. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or electrical supervisor.
3. Have experience in designing and drawing electrical installations from medium voltage side to low voltage stream for industrial projects.
4. Preferably experienced in manufacturing company and or construction and building development.
5. Understand safety, hygiene, and health standards for factory buildings.
6. Have experience in Inter-department and or cross functional coordination.
7. Able to operate design programs such as: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, etc.
8. Willing to work in head office (Tangerang) and across Kino project site.
9. Able to communicate in English (minimum written).

Job Description:

   - To plan, design, and supervise projects from the pre-design phase, design phase installation phase, until testing and commissioning phase related to electrical works including the calculation and analysis of items in the bill of quantity and or contract.
   - To create design and draft for electrical works in the form of solo line diagram, wiring diagram, wiring layout and to define technical specification including calculations for transformer capacity, circuit breaker, and cable sizing.
   - To create a request for quotation (RFQ), user requirement specification (URS), and bill of quantities (BQ) based on the design drawings.
   - To create commercial tender and project timeline in appropriate manner based on the company’s target.
   - To analyze unit rate and quantity from suppliers/ contractors’ quotation according to the tender drawings and to evaluate the tender documents submitted by the bidders and align with the project timeline.
   - To evaluate project execution plan with routine on site monitoring to the work done by contractors.
   - To review and have necessary revise on the for-construction drawings and material specification approval.
   - To review the monthly progress reports claimed by contractors.
   - To do field supervision during the construction phase including installation result testing (test & commissioning) of all facilities installed by contractors and or machine makers.
