Responsibilities:
- Machine Automation Wiring: Design, implement, and troubleshoot machine automation wiring systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated machinery.
- Schematic Design: Develop detailed electrical schematics for various automation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Hands-On Expertise: Provide hands-on support for the assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Autocad and EPLAN: Utilize Autocad and EPLAN software to create and modify electrical drawings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- PLC Programming: Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet project requirements and optimize automation processes.
- Single Phase and 3 Phase Wiring: Proficiently handle single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations, ensuring proper power distribution and connectivity.
- Laser Marking Integration: Integrate laser marking systems into automation processes, ensuring seamless operation and quality output.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials for electrical components, ensuring accurate documentation of materials required for projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all electrical designs, modifications, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Min 3-4 years of experience in machine automation wiring and control systems.
- Proficiency in Autocad and EPLAN for electrical design.
- Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with single-phase and three-phase wiring configurations.
- Familiarity with laser marking integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
