Electrical Engineer

Responsibility:

• Evaluating and identifying facilities or machinery which needs improvement, and actively coordinate necessary improvements in order to accelerate facilities performance in supporting plant operations.
• Ensure the availability of engineering documents and manual / instruction books and keep it save and neat.
• Control and maintain electrical equipment routinely and periodically, also ensure it is good & save condition according to PUIL Standard.
• Maintain maintenance schedules for machines and ensure adequate coverage in consistent.
• Ensure the safety of or people and our products always.
• Support Planned Maintenance Pillar, System and Tools implementation.
• Follow up on-going job order request or those which has been completed routinely.
• Evaluate and identify any machinery & facilities, coordinate necessary improvements actively to accelerate the machines.
• Monitor and ensure that spare parts are always available at the workshop, being kept in good condition and is ready to use.
• Implementing management system ISO 9001, ISO 140001, FSSC 22000, OHSAS 18001 consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or related major.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in handling HV devices / instruments.
• Understand electrical standards (PUIL & international).
• Understand maintenance system OPM, AM, TPM, metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, etc).
• English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.
