Electrical Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop strategy in electrical and instrument function in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the Engineering function.
• Develop and communicate business unit's policies and standards to ensure that the technological advancement in engineering supports the business plans of the company.
• Review and control of all electrical and instrument work including project development, staff assignment and the application of engineering principles throughout the company to ensure all engineering activities are comply with current procedures and regulations.
• Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the business unit in order to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Requirements:

• Min. 8 to 10 years of experiences as Electrical and Instrument Engineer
• Have knowledge in mining process industry
• Creative thinking and ability to manage the work systems
• Good understanding and implementation of electrical and instrument
• Have knowledge of mining operations and knowledge of SHE
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
• AK3 Electrical Certified
