Responsibilities:
- Implementation of operational & HR systems from an administrative and operational perspective administrative control of the site so that it runs in accordance with company procedures
- Manage operational & HR forms received from Supervisors on a regular basis periodic
- Carrying out verification/checking authenticity of claim supporting documents funds/petty cash such as notes, receipts, receipts and others
- Make finance/petty cash reports

Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree (Minimal GPA 3)
- Preferably have work experiences max. 2 years in relevant field.
- High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
- Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, achieve the goals set up.
