Responsibilities:
- Create a plan that includes a development plan for work documents/SOPs and a review of the Company Management System.
- Control and ensure the availability of risk and opportunity identification results in all Group Departments
- Intervening in unsafe conditions and actions that are monitored and recorded on CCTV either directly or indirectly through the captain or officers on board the ship
- Monitoring, evaluating and analyzing all K3L work processes as well as improving the results of K3L monitoring, evaluation and analysis.
- Coordinate and provide consultation on the creation of work instructions which are an inseparable part of the Company Management System.
- Carrying out necessary innovation and development of work programs and operational activities related to work in their field
- Ensure that the implementation of work is carried out based on applicable SOPs and policies and propose to superiors if there are any necessary changes.
- Continuously increase knowledge and develop trends related to the specified field of work and area of expertise.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s Degree (Minimal GPA 3) from any major (Majors preferred: K3 / Shipping Engineering / Marine Engineering / Public Health)
- Work Experience (Time & Career Path), minimum 2 years as QHSE/Safety Officer (added value if experience in Marine)
- Technical Skills required: Marine Surveyor, Implementation (ISO, SMKP, SMK3), Awareness ISM Code, Accident Investigation, Risk management
- Non-Technical Skills required: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Tableau Software, Graphic Design (photoshop / canva / corel draw or similar), Video Graphics (adobe premiere / Filmora / Pinnacle Studio / or similar), Software Developer
