👑 Job Role

• Monitoring & Ensure stability of our services to client
• Weekly report network services
• Checking network problem On Site
• Able to Configuration, Switching, Routing, Access Point (mikrotik, ruijie, unifi, etc) is a plus
• Understand Subnetting
• Understand Windows, Linux, etc
• Understand to troubleshooting in device user and network device

⛩️ Requirements

• Min. Degree of Vocational School (computer science or information technology)
• Prior experience in tech support or similar role at ISP able to use mikrotik and juniper able to trouble-shooting
• Prior having certificate (MCNA, CCCNA, etc)
• Good in interpersonal skill
• Able to placement in Subang Jawa Barat and Jakarta
