- Manage the engineering and utility functions of the manufacturing plant, including overseeing the maintenance, production, and utility operations.
- Assess the production and utilities operations to identify areas for improvement, perform necessary engineering design and layout, provide a cost estimation, and offer recommendations to meet the specific project requirements.
- Create the annual Capital Budget & Project Plan based on the business needs, present the proposal for approval, and then manage and monitor the project's execution according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Develop, improved and implement a planned preventative maintenance schedule
- Ensure the utility equipment was in the good performance and readiness and also support for general service
- Acknowledge and implement quality system which related to the engineering process
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
- Ensure the safety and quality of the team under their area of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an engineering and utility management role within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of production, maintenance, and utility operations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred
