Engineering Executive

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work in Karawang
• Willing to work on Saturday (Twice Saturday in 1 month)

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the functioning of utilities e.g. chilling plant, cooling tower, compressors, agitators etc.
• Effluent treatment Plant as well
• Experience in setting up new manufacturing facilities.
• Understanding of local regulations and ability to effectively liaise with local agencies
• Experience working with multiple agencies at the site during the construction of plants.
• Preparation of progress reports, and optimization of resources both during construction and operation of the facility.
• Interact with the Operations department and prepare basic engineering documents (Project Documents)
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders ensuring project completion within the approved timeline and costs. Coordinate for periodic project reviews.
• Interact closely with project design consultants, local agencies, other domain experts in the function and the project manager during the engineering and execution phase.
• Establish tracking systems and controls for project progress, expenditure and work quality.
• Coordinate with the team to identify the optimum design and selection of critical processing equipment. Give recommendations on equipment specifications and techno-commercial comparisons.
• Guide operations team in maintenance of “As Built” documentation and sustenance in “Plant Upkeep” after completion of the project.
• Evaluate new ideas and concepts, particularly in the areas of productivity improvement, automation, and sustainability and provide customized solutions for implementation.
• Provide inputs for the skill development of plant engineering personnel. Develop subordinates to take up higher roles.
• To assist the Project Manager in planning and allocation of resources and driving other initiatives.
