JOB SUMMARY: 

• Direct the scheduling and dispatching of facilities maintenance crews and personnel.
• Supervises and Inspects accomplishments of electrician
• Familiarize completely with the technical details of all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services relating to the property
• Oversee and coordinate the division’s automated work order system for maintenance
• Inspect facilities for needed electrical maintenance work or review work orders, complaints, and other requests for service from other departments to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ensure that all plants, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas, are in proper condition and maintained properly
• Attend to breakdowns as directed by the immediate supervisor

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering major (Eleltrikal Arus Lemah)
• Language: English Communicative
• Having min 3 years of experience as Engineering SPV or related position in manufacturing company
• Having experience with PLC (programmable logic controller)
  Good attention to detail with an excellent academic & communication skills
