Job desk:
- Manage all engineering activities to ensure that all maintenance, repair, installation, and construction project activities run safely in accordance with targets.
- Make engineering plan activities for the next year to ensure that all required resources are sufficient
- Review and update the working instructor (WI)
- Conduct surveys on customer/user satisfaction for service improvement
- Develop Competency in team
- Create monthly reports to inform progress of engineering activities.
- Conduct an audit of the implementation of the 5 R's to ensure that these activities are carried out at work site or in the company environment
- Review the technical aspects of all offers from vendors
Requirements:
- Min D4/S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering or related major
- Have min 5 years of working experiences in some projects
- Must Have Driving License (SIM A)
- Have good communication & leadership skills
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented person
- Eager to learn new things
- Good understanding about Auto CAD / MATLAB / other Simulation software
- Willing to travel
- Ready to work at Purwakarta
