Engineering Supervisor Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Directing and overseeing the work of a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff
• Monitoring progress and quality of work, and providing feedback and direction to team members
• Liaising with other departments, managers, and clients as necessary
• Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Developing and maintaining relations with Engineering Manager, manufacturing, quality and maintenance departments on manufacturing concerns
• Supervising installation and initial startup of engineering equipment
• Performing and recording machine tool capability studies
• Coordinated product testing process 
• Identifies and set appropriate quality standard and parameters for product.
• New tool assembly and part drawings, BOM

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Candidate should have 10 experiences working in Manufacturing industry (Factory) especially Injection 
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin And Indonesia
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
