English Trainer

Our company currently is in search of an English Teacher. 

This role involves delivering the English for Professional Nurses both for face-to-face & online learning program in Jakarta.

Role & responsibilities      :

• Deliver quality and effective face-to-face and/or online English learning programs for adult Professional Nurses based on the material developed
• Demonstrate various, creative, and fun learning methods for class activities (discussion, role play, etc.) within classroom settings and beyond
• Assess, evaluate, and report students’ progress through various methods (project, tests, etc.) and providing constructive feedback to students
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning
• Foster a positive-inclusive learning environment and demonstrate collaborative communication effectively with students and colleagues

Requirements                   :

• Master Degree holder in English Education or any relevant studies of top-tier university
• Possess valid TOEFL with minimum score 550, or equivalent to IELTS 6.0
• Proven track of minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English to adult learners, both online and offline teaching classroom handling, preferably with strong understanding in healthcare, medical, or nursing terminology
• Having English for Medical Purposes Certification will be an advantage
• Strong ability to tailor language instruction to the specific needs of nursing professionals
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for learning facilitation
• Cultural sensitivity, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively with individuals and multidisciplinary team from diverse backgrounds
