Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma degree from mechanical/ electronics/ electrical engineering
2. Good at speaking and writing in English
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Good sense of responsibility, communication skills, and team work
5. Fast learner, strong logical & analytical thinking, and good at problem solving
6. Familiar with equipment structure and working principle
7. Able to work in shift (if needed)
8. Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure equipment of assembly lines to run normally, enhance productivity, and conformity rate of equipment
2. Make an assessment about equipment failures and take in charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines
3. Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection
4. Participate in the review of equipment problem from trial to mass production
5. Provide training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures
6. Handle equipment reparation and maintenance in cooperation with production department
7. Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations
