Erp Functional Support

Available Position: ERP Functional Support 

Requirement:

1.    Having minimum bachelor’s degree, with a GPA min 3.60/4.00. Preferably in informatics engineering / business administration / finance / accounting
2.       Experience in Functional Support for ERP systems development, such as NAV/Business Central, or SAP FICO Module, Oracle finance module.
3.         Understanding about business process, and flow chart
4.      A proactive mindset to anticipate problems, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively resolve them.
5.      Actively speaking & writing in English, equals to intermediate level.
6.      Quick-learner and quickly adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.

Your Task:

1.    Design functional specifications for customizations and enhancements of the ERP system, which include reports, Blueprints, etc.
2.      Identify and apply continuous improvement processes across functional areas via ERP system and other third-party system.
3.       Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
4.      Leading upgrades, migration, and integrations to third party system.
5.      Supporting day-to-day ERP user activities
6.      Preparing the users manuals and providing training to ERP users.
