Role Overview :
An ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Sr. Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting organizations in integrating sustainable and responsible business practices.
The consultant helps clients develop and implement strategies related to environmental conservation, social responsibility, and effective governance.
The goal is to enhance the overall sustainability and ethical performance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current ESG practices and performance.
- Identify improvement areas and provide tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to devise customized ESG strategies aligned with their business goals.
- Advise on the seamless integration of sustainable practices into daily operations.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather input and encourage collaboration on ESG initiatives.
- Facilitate transparent communication between the organization and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures, ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks and standards such as GRI and SASB.
Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Accumulate a minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or related fields.
- Demonstrate familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
- Possess a deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Stay informed about global and regional ESG regulations and trends, while having the ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
