Estate Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Arranging budgets based on field conditions that will be used as the basis for making a work plan
• Create daily, monthly and annual work plan to subordinates to determine the effectiveness of work and uniformity of implementation
• Manage the division and placement of workers according to their circumstances, abilities, and Responsibility.
• Establish work targets based on the conditions of the garden and directions that have been provided by the Management
• Anticipate low and pick crop next month taking into account the needs of the workforce and supporting facilities
• Provide regular briefings to all levels below it to ensure that all operations run well according to procedures
• Approve material demand and expenditure and all other needs to support the operation of the garden
• Coordinate with the factory to ensure continuity of processing at the plant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pertanian, majoring in Agronomy.
• Minimal 4-5 years of experience in similar role, exposure in oil palm is a must.
• Must be willing to be based in any Estate and Plasma assigned throughout Indonesia.
