Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the proper operation of Housekeeping, Security, Parking, and Lobby.
- Ensure that all visitors and staff feel safe and comfortable on the estate.
- Responsible for ensuring cleanliness in all parts of the estate.
- Make sure there are no unauthorized levies or other issues.
- Responsible for the safety of visitor and staff cars.
- Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly addressing problems.
- Plan and respond to Google review comments and Quality Assurance audit results.
- Coordinate with external parties and residents of the Estate.
- Ensure activities run well and smoothly according to SOPs.
- Manage the property, from upkeep to utilities.

General Requirements:
- Education minimum S1 all majors (Preferably Master of Business Administration)
- Maximum 45 years
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Manager/Business Unit Manager
- Have experience in Retail/Food and Beverage/Hospitality field
- Preferably have experience in finance and budgeting
- Placement in Cisarua - Bogor.
