- Establish and improve the process (i.e. Drafting and Reviewing) and policies related to Ethics and Compliance
- Manage Whistle-blower system and ensures the confidentiality of the process
- Manage end-to-end fraud investigation procedures
- Prepare all the materials for the Ethics & Compliance training for all employees (including new Team Members) and deliver the session - there is a possibility to fly to other countries
- Work closely with HRBP and Industrial Relations team
- Hold Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, or Code of Conduct from Tech startup or Public companies
- Experience in conducting investigations would be desired
- CCEP Certification holders will be considered a PLUS but not a must
- PERADI license will be considered a PLUS but not a must
- Someone who has proven track record in upholding integrity, has an eye for risk identification and mitigation
- Someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic and agile environment
