Event Concierge ($20.00/hour)

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the recently built, state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. 

The Event Concierge is the operational liaisons between event contact and the departments within the hotel. By creating and building a relationship with the event contacts, the Event Concierge provides a one-stop-shopping service for handling all requests and needs that may arise during a meeting/conference. The Event Concierge is constantly in the meeting space ensuring room sets are complete and being proactive for future events. They anticipate customer needs, solve possible pitfalls and see opportunities before they even happen.
