Uraian Tugas

Job Description

Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events
Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges
Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, community, employees, and public interest groups.
Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
A degree in hospitality, public relations, management, journalism, PR, marketing, or related field is a must.
Experience 2 years in project management with a proven track record of successful events.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, and strategic thinking.
Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Expert time management skills.
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
Financial savvy, with the ability to adhere to plan budgets and process invoices.
Knowledge of consumer marketing.
Able to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives
Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
