Event Promotion Support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2+ years experience in promoting events, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong marketing, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge of event management
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skill
• Has drive license (SIM A & C)

Job Details:

• Promote events by brainstorming, planning, implementing, and directing event marketing, communication, and promotion
• Promote events through social media, email, and face-to-face communication
• Coordinate events by coordinating schedules, budgets, and timelines with event partners
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and follow through on marketing strategies to increase event attendance and revenue
• Attend networking events to develop contacts
• Recommend event improvements to management
• Monitor stock & distribute marketing promotion products & merchandise
