Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with all stages of event management, including but not limited to budgeting, vendor relations, contract negotiations, collateral development, registration, staffing, coordination and post-event engagements
- Assist in managing project communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required logistics that will impact the project are documented and addressed
- Provide technical support for virtual events
- Provide strategic suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Assist the Strategic Event Specialist to ensure a successful and timely delivery of all assigned activities
- and events by promoting client demand generation and retention
- Assist in preparing, managing and reconciling project budgets
- Ensures that the information used in promotional literature is true and correct.
- Ensures health and safety regulations are met.
- Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and stakeholder-service standards.
- Provide necessary reports related to assigned project.
