We are looking for Events Executive
As an Events Executive we rely on you to
Facilitates events under the guidance of the Events Manager
Support all the events team where necessary
Maximize the guests hotel experience
Identify requirements & expectations of our guests towards the events
Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to the standards
Take responsibility in managing all local events
Work closely with all hotel staff to ensure every guest receives high- quality service
Work with the team to come up with new ideas and solve any recurring issues
Engage with guests and always look for ways to enhance the service
Obsess to create an exceptional experience for our guests
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Thinks outside the box, enjoys being creative
Must be organised, friendly, helpful
Strong interpersonal & communications skills
Have experience in an International 5* hotel insimilar capacity
Enjoys interacting with people, has multi tasking abilities
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
Excellently communicates, coordinates & work together with all related Departments
