Job Descriptions:
- Handle confidential documents and information
- Handle and maintain back office sales activities
- Handle permit document and others addendum
- Handle utility report
- Handle all document claim of director
- Handle visa and hotel for expat visitors
- Support and assist document control overseas employees (legal, residence permit)
- Prepare sales recap and finance report (daily, monthly) in excel
- Prepare document of admin and confirmation order
- Prepare reports and follow up orders with production
- Follow up billing to customer
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree
- Have experience in secretarial fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel (formulas, Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
- Flexible and willing to work long hours when required
- Quick, well-organized, multi tasking, detail oriented, and able to work independently
- Must good in communication in English (oral and written)
- Good spoken in Mandarin will be advantage
