Key Responsibilities

• Executive Bancassurance is obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with Bank Staff and building professional networking.
• Handling and maintain customer in bank partner.
• Achieve adjusted ANP from the agreed targets.
• Be able to communicate and discuss with Branch Manager or hire positions to boost targets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (Bancassurance, Financial Advisor, Insurance Specialist, or Relationship Manager).
• Good knowledge related to Wealth Management / certification Financial Planning is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Career Path: Executive Bancassurance who are able to maintain performance can be promoted through fast track program to become Premier Bancassurance Life Consultant within 3-6 months.
