Our client, a leading global management consulting organization with a high performance and collaborative culture, is looking for an Executive Compensation Consulting Leader to join their organization as a Director.
Reporting into the Head of the Indonesia for the HR & Rewards Consulting Business, you will be the lead for Indonesia in Executive Compensation Consulting, further building out the practice area.
You will be an accomplished Executive Compensation and / or Rewards Consulting Senior Manager or Director, with a track record having worked in Indonesia.
You may also have a combination of in house corporate and client facing experience. You will enjoy operating as a SME and thought leader, in a commercial and project-based role, working with an enviable client portfolio across Indonesia.
You will also be comfortable managing and developing a team.
