Executive - Dye House (SPV)

Job Description:

• Plan and co-ordinate on-time lab dip preparation as per internal and external customer requirements.
• Communicate/negotiate with approving parties, to resolve shade issues/ quality issues/testing issues.
• Conduct audits, Identify and timely action on issues to ensure smooth Dye House functionality.  
• Build good working relationships with internal and external customers to understand their requirements.
• Work with suppliers to ensure products/services within the Dye House are maintained up to required quality standards.
• Carry out process improvement initiatives in order to enhance the performance of product/ process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry as a subject or equivalent professional qualification. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the textile/apparel industry).
• Communicate effectively with people across the organization.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
