Executive - Production Planning (Spv)

To ensure customer orders plan & schedule to deliver on time, whilst optimize manufacturing capacities in the plant with coordination & monitoring process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of weekly production plans in line with delivery targets and to provide delivery confirmations to customers.  
• Share accurate information related to organizational KPI's to the management.
• Prepare and conduct meetings on a daily/weekly basis and taking timely and appropriate actions to ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure 100% materials availability.

Qualifications, Skill and Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• 2 years experience in Planning or any other related job experience (exposure to the apparel industry would be a distinct advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
• Working experience in ERP System (SAP) would be an added advantage.
• Good communication in English .
• Excellent coordination skills, result oriented and interpersonal skills.
