As part of our continued commitment to excellence, Mercer are seeking a dynamic and visionary senior Remuneration Consultant to lead and elevate the Executive Compensation and Board Advisory team for Indonesia based out of the firm’s Jakarta office. Leadership and Vision:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of the practice's strategic vision, driving growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Practice Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and cultivating lasting relationships with existing clients.

  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings.

  • Create and grow a cohesive and motivated team that consistently delivers exceptional results and exceeds client expectations.

What you need to have:

  • Has the skills and experiences to lead and grow an impactful Executive Compensation or Executive Rewards Consulting practice with significant level of board and C-Suite interaction, possibly within a reputable global consulting firm or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to lead and drive revenue generation and business development with a reputation in the market as a trusted advisor in this space.
  • Extensive experience in a consulting or corporate environment in executive compensation design, analysis, and implementation, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and empower teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, coupled with the capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional, Global Remuneration Profession, or Certified Executive Compensation Professional are advantageous but not required.
