Uraian Tugas

Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 27 years old
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a major in Administration and Secretary
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary/personal assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with secretarial tasks 
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines
  • Being able to speak English/Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiarity with Trello

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, including coordinating and managing diaries for internal and external client meetings (virtual or physical), establishing manageable timeframes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and taking minutes and protocols as required.
  • Maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, and preparing agendas.
  • Assisting the CEO in managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Performing other secretarial and administration duties as defined by superiors.
