Job Summary

Exhibition Tour Guide (ETG) responsible to guide public audience as participants at the exhibition and present company's brand identity through story-telling and immersive experience based its' strategic marketing campaign which aims to broaden public awareness and attracts specific group of interest.

Main Responsibilities

• Give presentation about company's brand identity to participants/visitors on site
• Set schedule for participants' workshop
• Provide help in a way of customer service
• Maintain positive ambience

Requirements

• Min. SMA/SMK, preferably with tourism and hospitality background or marketing communications
• Experienced as a guide (room tour, Tour Guide, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill
• Fast learner
• Good appearance is a must
• Willing to work in shifts
• Confident to speak in English will be highly appreciated
