Role Summary:

Prepare all export documentation and processes.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Assemble information required for export license submittals, certifications, and determinations; prepare, draft and submit such export license applications.
• Work with Freight Forwarders to clear incoming shipments from Customs.
• Work with Warehouse Logistics Manager to ensure Export shipments are made on time and all license related shipments are shipped in full compliance.
• Preparation of shipping documents.
• Review all export documentation, Invoice, Packing List, etc., to ensure proper documentation of export classification information.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
