Exim Staff

Job Desc :

• Handling Airway Bill & COO (Certificate of Origin)
• Manage PIB and PEB document
• Coordinate with agent/logistic related to import/export
• Monitoring import/export activity legaly and make sure the administration is prepared accordingly
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory team regarding items received according to shipping documents
• Analyzing export/import needs and plan accordingly
• Handling package deliveries using DHL, Fedex, and Customs

Requirement :

• Minimum high school education
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Exim Staff
• Able to operate the Ceisa 4.0 application
• Able to operate Excel and MS Office
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Able to join immediately
• Able to communicate well
• Live in Bali or willing to move to Bali
