•    Serve customers quickly and efficiently

•    Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings

•    Observe the overall cleanliness of the working area

•    Ability to operate the cashier

•    Priorities those that communicate in English proficiently

•    Has customer service experience

•    Priorities those with experience of 1 year or above barista experience
