Expert IT (Automation)

Job Desc:

• Analyze As-Is cross-functional business & operation, analyze process & system demand/requirement changes in alignment with business development roadmap towards industry 4.0
• Offer Best Practice experiences, Design To-Be process improvements and communicate clearly with stakeholders 
• Provide advice/recommendation for technical System Design and Develop Solutions with team
• Support across the full Project & SDLC, integration to third party system provider, and collaborating  IT, OT, and Process Owners
• Champion the adoption, engagement, and effective utilization of system to support business & operation improvement

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skill, analytic / problem solving skill, agile, proactive & motivating others
• Proven successes in leading large scale Digitalization/Automation Projects or Process reengineering/transformation   
• Experiences in Mobile Tech,  DevOps, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning will be an added value
• Experiences in Business Consulting Firm such as  IBM, BCG, PwC, Accenture, or any Automation Consulting company is highly appreciated
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile and Object Oriented development methodologies
• Experience working on a variety of software development projects
