About the role
We are looking for an Expert Science & Technology who will join the Bioanalytical laboratory within Analytical Development. Bioanalytical team is in charge of development and execution of immunoassays and cell-based in vitro potency assays to estimate the potency and purity of biopharmaceuticals by observing their pharmacological effects on living cells. Your main responsibilities will be to develop, qualify, optimize, execute and document various bioanalytical assay formats, contribute to maintenance of equipment / infrastructure in lab and actively participate in knowledge exchange.

Your responsibilities:
• Plan, perform and document a range of bioanalytical methods under supervision.
• Provide raw data documentation, evaluation and results interpretation.
• Write protocols, reports or lab procedures under supervision.
• Support manufacturing process development.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and proactive collaboration in local and global teams including presenting data and active involvement in solving challenges that arise during method development.
• Fulfill other assigned project / laboratory tasks and responsibilities.
Role Requirements
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cell-based methods and immunoassays, preferable in an industrial setting.
• Practical knowledge of laboratory and / or technical equipment
• Excellent communication and team skills.
- Good documentation, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in oral and written English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic working environment with shifting priorities and timelines.
• Proactive, agile work style and passion to learn and explore.
Desirable:
• Statistical knowledge (able to use the proper statistical methods to collect the data, employ the correct analyses, and effectively present the results)
• Adequate knowledge of software and computer tools with interest / skills in programming
